5 Rewards to Your Body and Lose Weight

Sometimes when I am extremely tired..like I am today. I really ponder..that shouldn't we be applauding our body and rewarding it?  We as a Soul, we as a spark, just exsist in it & yet it serves us..Tirelessly.. Ain't that commendable!!

So, how does one Reward one's Body? 

Being a Nutritionist by Body, Mind and yes the Soul too smiley I am sharing my personal 5 star reward points to love and pamper your body.  

1. Eating Right

But, what is the fuss all about? Wasn't it always so simple. When we were kids, we ate what we like. We were all so happy,cheerful, curious and ACTIVE too. Same is the funda! 

Eat what you like. When it's tasty to tongue,its easy & quick to digest too! And when the digestion is good, the WAISTLINE slims too! 

That still does'nt mean you go on Pizza ,Burger spree. wink

2. Get A Body Massage

Call it a Healing Touch! It not only elevates the mood but peps up the IMMUNITY too. It gives just the right High..

Coconut oil and sesame(til) oil works the best. Give olive oil a break!!

3. Get Sweet...Eat Sweet.

Not as a reward,but as a privilege. Haven't you noticed,when your nerves are twitched & weak, that time when you feel low, Don't we feel like indulging in some sweets. Don't deny yourself of this privilege. 

Eat a sheera or eat puran poli..Eat the ghee ka Ladoo. Let it Nourish you and please the taste buds too.

4.Sleep

Sleep like there is No tomorrow. The more you sleep,the more you are in control of yourself and your emotions and yes the 'Hormones' too.

And you wouldn't be surprised, if you start shedding those extra pounds too.

5.Sweat Out

Nothing in the world is like sweating out the negativity from your pores! And in return you get peace,fitness..and the missing Fire and Glow ;)

Remember, your body is your temple – Give it the right nourishment, the right amout of rest and you will be rewarded with lots of energy, and will live your best life.
